Frequently Asked Questions:

 I'm just checking on the status of my recent online order. I haven't seen the charge go through on my card yet. 
Answer: Your card is not automatically charged until we process the order and verify that all items are in stock. Do to the volume of business and the current sale; your order may take a few days to process. They are processed in the order in which they are received, unless you opt for preferred processing.

 Listed on your site is an item but the color or size I want is not listed.
Answer
: This is a closeout sale and only the sizes and colors that are in stock are listed. So, if your color or size is not listed, I don’t have it and will not be restocking it at this price.

 Is the item that I want in stock?
Answer: We recently have been updating the site with the current inventory. As an item sells, it is edited/removed from the site.  Changes to the availability of an item are also dated. Due to the sale, items are edited manually. So, unless somebody orders at the same time as you, it should still be available. The orders will be filled in the order that they were placed, unless you have chosen preferred processing. 

 Your site says that you have 1 in stock but the shopping cart allowed me to order 2.
Answer:
The shopping cart does not know how many are in stock. It would let you order 100 if you tried. If the site says 1 available and you try to order more than is available, you will receive the one that was listed.

 

I need help with sizing or verifying a part.
Answer:
Technical inquiries are not part of this closeout sale. At these prices, you need to know what you want when you order.  Note: there are no returns.

 

Can I call in the order or pick it up to avoid shipping charges?
Answer:
This is an internet only sale. At these prices, we are only accepting online orders and all orders will be shipped.

 How secure is your site? I would feel more comfortable ordering on the phone.
Answer:
Secure gateways are in place through the shopping cart provider. Credit card numbers are not transmitted through email.  I feel that ordering by phone is less secure because I am usually using a cordless phone. I know that many people would also be using a cordless or cell phone to place the order. Special hacker-proof logos ensuring safety are usually a costly subscription service.

 What is the refund/return policy?

Answer: This is a closeout/final sale so the answer is none. Each item is inspected prior to shipping. Be sure the size/part you order is the one that you want/need. There are no exchanges, returns, refunds. If an item is used or was on previously installed, we will indicate that in the description. In the event shipped item is defective, return it (must have a return authorization) and we will replace it if one is available. Failure to accept replacement will result in a 20% restocking fee and no credit for shipping charges.

 What is Preferred Processing?
Answer:
At this time, your order is not guaranteed to be processed the day it is received. We are processing the orders in the order in which they are received. If you would like to move to the front of the line, we offer preferred processing. This also gives you preference over an item in stock. For example, if a customer orders 1 available widget at 2:00 pm and you try to order the same one shortly after 2 (before it is removed from the site),  the first customer would receive the item. However, if you are a preferred processor, then you move ahead of him. 

 Will you ship internationally?
Answer:
No. The threat of fraudulent orders is to too great.

 What is your Email Response Time
Answer: I attempt to answer emails as promptly as possible. However, due to the volume that we receive and the processing of orders, there may be a day or two delay.  Your patience is appreciated.  If you have any type of email filters or are using an email account for spam, that can also delay your order. If there is a situation with your order, I will be using the email address you have provided. I can’t tell you how many people use a spam only email account to place their orders and never check it.  Or they have spam filters that filter me out.
