RETURN POLICY :
End of Year Closeout Inventory Sale
All items posted are limited to quantity on hand.
No backorders.
All sales are final.
No returns.
No exchanges.
All items are new old stock (not current model year) unless otherwise noted.
Some items may have been previously installed on a bike but swapped out at the time of the sale.
Every product will be personally inspected prior to shipping.
“Sold out” items will be deleted from the website as soon as possible but there is a delay due to the processing time for each order. However, if your order includes an item that is no longer available, the order will be shipped as complete as possible. If there is a possibility of a substitution, we will notify you first.
DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: All items will be personally inspected prior to shipping.
Damaged Goods
While we make every effort to prevent shipping damage, on rare occasions it may occur. For your own protection, please do not sign for merchandise until you have inspected it for damage, and retain the original shipping carton. If there appears to be shipping damage, do the following:
- Contact your local UPS/USPS office for a Damage Inspection report.
- Email us within 24 hours of receipt of item: diane@tri-specialties.com
- All carriers have a time limit for submitting claims and they do vary by carrier. If the time has past due to your not filing with us promptly, then we cannot assist with the situation. So, please notify us immediately should the item arrive damaged or not at all.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. A credit shall be issued immediately to your credit card account for the amount charged in the incorrectly priced order.
